I can tell everyone, Jean cares. That is first and foremost. I told Jean my budget. He went to work. When we found our house. I was not close to the cash for closing cost. Jean went to work. The day we closed on our house. I had no closing cost. In fact I received a check for 1650. With Jean I bought a house with no money out of my pocket!!! I only paid for inspection. Also the seller rewired the house at 8 grand. Complete new breakers. Jean listens, he cares, and he motivates you. He explains everything. Above all, Jean became my friend. Thanks Jean.
